August 2010 Planning meeting

We had a good turnout for the August 28 meeting where the entire group helped prepare the registration forms for mailing.  We went to great lengths to make sure that we mailed a form to everyone that we had not heard from, even to the point of going through the trash to make sure no labels slipped through the cracks.
