Snapshots of the 2009 Reunion

Decorating the Hall for Reunion 2009

There is a lot of effort in making the VFW Hall look good for the reunions.  A group of classmate met at the Hall after the Memorial Walk and did the job.  We had a lot of help and we got to do some visiting as well.

Vivian (Sandifer) Brehm shows some old fashion spirit when pictures of Elvis were put up.

2009 Memorial Walk

We had a large turn out on a very cool, almost cold morning.  We met at the Schertz Bank and Trust on Main Street in Schertz.  We collected a lot of stuffed animals for the Schertz Police Dept.

We gathered on the steps of the old High School and released the balloons in memory of our classmates who have passed away.

Many of the classmates had the names of the classmates who have passed away from their class printed either on T-shirts or paper and they wore them on their back.

This is a yearly event held on the morning of the reunion and everyone is encouraged to attend and remember our former classmates.
